Website hosting is a service that provides space on server that contains your website’s files. When someone types in your website, their computer pings that server and sends back your site’s files to be displayed in that person’s web browser.

Email hosting is a service that provides space on a server so your emails have somewhere to “live”. Since they are on a server, you can access them with any of your devices. Email hosting can allow you to have custom emails that match your domain name ie: name@yourdomain.com.
Payment Policy
When you sign up for our Premium or Standard Hosting Plan, you will receive a recurring invoice. You have the option of monthly or annual payments. Once you set your payment schedule, your first invoice will arrive in your inbox. When you make your first payment, your card is stored in our system. It will be charged again either on a monthly or yearly basis.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your hosting plan at any time. There are no refunds, but you can stop payments whenever you no longer need the service. Your website will remain online for the duration of time you have paid for and will go down once that time period has expired. For example if you pay on a monthly basis and decide to cancel mid month, your site will remain online until the end of the month. Your card will not be charged after you cancel.
