Mr. Monks has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell for 2012-2013 which is the highest rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. He is also listed in the Directory of Distinguished Attorneys for 2011. A member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Monks also served as Chairman of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Personal Injury Committee, Legislative Committee, and Medical Liaison Committee.
